Val's Tutu

Here we see Val digging through some neglected toys to discover her lost tutu. Needless to say, I don't think I've gotten much better at making a padded upskirt look subtle, but who could with such massive padding? x3 Anywho, I made this as an experiment to see how Val would look with a "useless skirt" added to her usual attire. I don't think I'll be keeping it though, in order to save time on drawing Val, but I do like with how it looks on her~ ^^
